15:58:00 went the president of Yugoslavia in through the entrance of Human Rights Building, I came in ½ minutes before.
He left again shortly after, after a fast tour through the building(s) two in One large building.

November 22. There are one big tree in the Building of Human Rights I like and don't like his name is Søren Nielsen, He has been handling the cases of Ewa and me (four cases).
I had a talk with him about my two cases, and during this time he told me that they have to reject 95 % plus all the cases he refuse to take, He is not in a position to refuse handling any case, but he write back to maybe all? applicants, telling why the court of Human Rights can't handle our cases, if we write back a second time, he must handle the cases to one Judge, who show the case to three others and they (for the second time) refuse to let the Court of Human Rights handle 95 % of these cases.
One of the many reasons I don't like is that we haven't tried or because we have tried all (local) instance of complains we have two in Denmark he (Søren Nielsen) don't care of: 1: Ombudsmanden 2: Den Særlige Klageret.

1: Ombudsmanden: (In English: Man of Commission, Man of the Parliaments trust, the Danish word Ombudsman is some times used in English). I have used him many times, when I make a complain to him, he tells the Government about our problems in the country, he do all the work our Quoin or king don't like, I believe that it is because of him we have a just country, with Human Rights etc. Because never has there been a king in any country who has been doing such a big work as these officials, they are working like Ambassadors in their own country, they have no power, and no one can dismiss them, they are taking (handling) the cases they by own choice want to take.
After taking a case, they write to the involved people (some times they don't write to the compliant, and we don't know if he has been handling our case.) But to read a letter from him has amazed me, he is cleaver, educated etc.
This man, who (because of my explanation) is to be consider as the King of Denmark, "There would be no Kings in Denmark, if it wasn't for him! Countries without Ombudsmen get Revolutions in stead!"

2: Den Særlige Klageret: Above the Danish Court System we have: "The Special Court for Complains!" This is the must tricky court ever made on earth. I heard about it on TV when I needed it, and make my complains to that Court. I got a decision from them saying: We are not competent, why we refuse to take the case.
But this was not the impression a famous now old Judge told on TV.

There are many way to make complains, we have others ways in Denmark, to the Ministry of Justice is a third way, High Court. Before we are choosing the International Courts, in Strasbourg, Haag, Geneva or UN in New York. But Søren Nielsen in Human Rights don't show respect for these chosen by law in Denmark institutions for making complains, If we / I have spend more than 6 month on this: I LOOSE MY HUMAN RIGHTS! According to Søren Nielsen and the Judges, who return my cases (Mr. G. BONELLO, President, Mr. P. LORENZEN, Mrs. M. TSATSA-NIKOLOVSKA, and Mr. E. FRIBERGH, Section Registrar.) (application was inadmissible).

My request to the President of the Court of Human Rights:
November 11 6:35 after a short sleep I got a limited permission by the spirit, to take 20 kilo, and no more cases out of the cases, to be investigated, to make a statistical material bringing case number; name; country; what about and what happened, and then publish it (on this Homepage), in my end of the dream, still half sleeping I took them out as there was 1 meter. In the period around 55250/00 but after this I said: The last cases.

One sheet of paper has a weight of 5 gram, 1 cm has a weight of 500 gram, 20 kilo is 40 cm, less than a half meter. This permission ends my request. There might be about 50 cases for me to look through. None of my readers, I believe Bill Clinton etc. would spend more time on reading more, on this subject!

After this dream I wrote the following letter to Søren Nielsen. We both read Danish.
Til Human Rights Strasbourg. 12.11.00

Jeg vil hermed lave en officiel ansøgning om at få lov til at se 20 kilo eller 40 cm akter, som er offentligt tilgængelige ifølge den lov, I som en offentlig institution arbejder under.

Jeg har i sidste uge modtaget flere forklaringer på at det ikke kan lade sig gøre!

Jeg har også fået at vide, at det kan lade sig gøre!

Den form for sagsbehandling forvirrer mig selvfølgelig!

Jeg har fået at vide at Præsidenten kan afvise min ansøgning, men det må vel betyde at I skal spørger ham? Hvis I finder at arbejdsbyrden er for stor for jer, til at imødekomme mit ønske om delvis aktindsigt.

Jeg kan klart fortælle nu, hvad jeg ønske at finde ud af:

1. Om sagsnumrene fra og med Nr. 55360 er tilgængelige! Indtil nu har jeg kun haft adgang til 2 numre, mine egne sager imod Danmark.
2. Jeg ønsker at vide hvem, der indsender klagerne, for bagefter at sende dem et brev og høre fra dem, hvordan det er gået, og om jeg må bringe deres sag på min hjemmeside www.jesus.as/hr.htm.*) *) /hr.htm undersiden bliver først lavet når jeg kommer tilbage til Danmark, hvornår jeg kan rejse hjem afhænger af hvor længe I er om at give mig denne tilladelse til at efterkomme den lov om aktindsigt I lever under. 3. Jeg har forsøgt, at få lov til at se hendes sag, hvilket først har været mig nægtet, men Fredag d. 10 november blev jeg lovet af bibliotekaren, at jeg kunne komme tilbage samme dag klokken 17:30. Kl. 17:08 forsøgte jeg at komme ind, hvilket blev mig nægtet, fordi alle medarbejderne ønskede at gå hjem på dette tidspunkt, der var lukket fik jeg at vide. Jeg gik og kom tilbage 17:15 og efter en lang snak med vagten gik han ned i Biblioteket og fik der at vide, at jeg skulle vente til mandag. Da jeg bor i min bil på parkeringspladser rundt i byen, syndes jeg at det er en dårlig sagsbehandling, alt hvad jeg bad om var at se sag Nr. 31932/96 hvilket ikke ville volde problemer, sagde hun. Hun havde på det tidspunkt bestilt 4 sagsakter til mig, egne to, en Russisk, som er publiceret samt ovennævnte. Det kom sig af at jeg bad hende vise mig, hvordan man bruger søgemaskinen på Internettet. Ingen af disse sager var på nettet, sådan som Hr. Søren Nielsen lod mig tro ved at fortælle mig, at jeg kunne køre hjem til Danmark og over Internettet finde alt det, jeg bad om. Om han er smart, dum eller dårlig til at forklare sig, eller om der er noget glat med mig ved jeg ikke, men jeg er glad for, at jeg bruger denne ekstra tid på at færdiggøre mit projekt.

Historie: Mandag kl 14:00 var der 4 fotokopier til mig i receptionen, en kopi af hver sag, 4 ark med kopi på begge sider af kommissionens beslutning i ovennævnte sager, jeg havde ventet at kunne læse, hvad de enkelte klager havde sendt ind, men jeg fik kun kommissionens (i dag Rettens) afvisning af deres sager.

Jeg havde håbet at se mine egne sager igen, fordi det lyseblå omslag indeholdt nogle sags numrer, der viser hvor mange sager der har været sendt til Menneskeretsdomstolen i Strasbourg, efter ar ansøgeren har bekræftet sin klage over nationen vil sagen få sit endelige nummer, som siden oprettelsen i dag er over 60.000 sager.

I want to learn more about Human Rights.

Ewa Madaj has been denied her human rights by Søren Nielsen, she doesn't believe he has examine her case properly, anyone can see he accuse her for not having put her complains fully before domestic courts on top page 2 in 31932/96 but they had been three times in supreme court etc. She is able to explain this better for herself.

Historically he is afraid for the Internet, which I use to bring my knowledge on (www.jesus.as) I have a lot of readers, people who want to know about what I'm doing and what I find out, There has been written many books and newspapers, my media is both a newspaper and a book, so he has nothing to be afraid of unless he is a swindler, but even then people one day will know what he has been doing, as well as the files in East Germany and Russia has been free to read in since the wall felt down.

I must think I has been denied asses to the knowledge I think I can get by investigating cases. By Søren Nielsen, because he is afraid for people to know about the Human Rights, or how the rights is handled by him and others who every time write back, that the court has examined our complaints. But it shows up for us, that they / he has done nothing but read our letters. Maybe two or three times, but why call reading a letter for examine the complaints, he told me: That he had never asked or told the involved court's or people anything about mine case (and our cases).

November 17 and 20. (Changes wanted?) These days I has been thinking of: A closer "Work Together" between Human Rights and all lawyers, because there is no respect at all, I had found out, and will try to explain. Lots of Lawyers are violated the Human Rights, and the same is done by the Judges all over the world. To blame the president in a country is often wrong, when its a Judge, who do wrong, (It's the son, who got the speed ticked, and not the family - or the "country" he lives in).
"Accepted by Court of Human Rights!" should all lawyers and judges be made, from day one of their work, until they have been involved in one or three cases of violation of the Human Rights.
Two problems is repeated and there should be made changes in the law of The Human Rights (but there are more problems) one is "Within six month", second: "The case has not been appealed enough in your country". These problems is the legal reason, why nearly all cases send to the Court of Human Rights has been rejected by the Committee of Human rights, (and there are many committees, and maybe 41 Presidents of the Committee, to confuse people, who often think their case has been seen by the President of the Human Rights! But they refuse to let 95% of all cases who has been send to the Court of Human Rights, after they have been rejected to be taken by the court at the first time. (If we make an investigation of all cases we may find that there are cases which has been rejected by the man, who has examined our cases, because he can misunderstand our letter or he need more information in order to make the right decision, but the one and only examination he do is : "Reading our letters!".
I guess that he some times think, that people make their complains because people don't understand how the courts works in each country. How a lie in court can take the Rights away from a applicant who believe in justice.
The problem is then: Does the applicant have Right for a court, who can judge correctly or who believe wrongly in lies. often a judge must tell the applicant: If this women / man is telling the truth my decision must be against you, and ask him: "Can you by any chance prove she is lying? And I believe You will have your money or your children or anything back." In other words you will win the case. But this is not the way they do things, because it will not bring an end to the case they are handling.

November 15. There was a young French women 20 years of age, who came to the Building of Human Rights looking for a job, (together with others; in a group). She carry about people and of this reason she want to take this job. At first she was afraid, that her school English was not enough, but after a short visit there, she learned (told, as I have been told by Søren Nielsen) that the workers in Human Rights must be able to work with problems of people without being involved. After this and even same day, she didn't care for being elected to do work there because she think the workers in the Human Rights Building must be:

"Psychopaths!" This young French women was able to see this, after only one visit, and Ewa has been outside the building hearing of problems from several hundred, maybe thousand people coming with their problems, often two or more every day during the past 4½ year or 1500 days, having the same opinion, but hoping: That the workers would change.

We need people to take care of the many thousand people coming at the doors of Human Rights to explain for them what to do, with their cases and with their lives.

November 15? 1:30 Every day, when I hear Ewa tells of her case, dreams and experiences she tell me of the Mafia inside the Building of Human Rights, for me it has been difficult to understand: "That they actually have connections to the Mafia "Cosa Nostra" French, Russian, Italian etc." But this morning I had a dream with the same symbols, of a Mafia: In this dream I heard that there should be a transportation of more than 1000 kilo marijuana, {means cases, because people, when smoking or reading, these cases, get emotional involved} When I get a view on the cases there was nothing, because I got nothing from the Court of Human Rights, in the dream I got one furniture, a closet, for clothes, but when looking inside, it was surrounded by robe, and it was difficult for me to see, but it was empty. {Because I am spending almost a week to get nothing, every day I must ask people who don't care, and they find out a way to make life more and more difficult for me, because they are afraid of me, afraid to let me come in the building etc. I have not even permission to go to the Library, every day they denied me admission, only once I have been there, last Friday, and to day is Wednesday.} In the dream I saw the Mafia. Three groups of it, two three not more than four people sitting comfortable together in a saloon, in big nice soft chairs, they were like the Mafia in the dream and in real life. Planning how to avoid interference from the police.
One of the first dreams Ewa had on this Mafia in the Human Rights Building was a picture of a 40 meter high Octopus, and when later seeing a movie about Mafia, she understand the picture.
I learn one thing from her last evening / night, when people are asked to be corporative they are asked to be a member of the Mafia, (this is the same rules as the Free Masons use), this means that there is a father a god father, who tells you what to do, but Christian people don't act this way, this is why we always got problems, we want to be free, we want to make our own decisions, to make our own life, to use our own brain and to get our own experiences.
Ewa has been demonstrated every day in more than 4½year, the first two years all day, but now all afternoon, she has been living by rise and pasta, and poor food like Saint Clara did together with Franz Assisis year 1200, (but Saint Clare only took ½ piece of bread if she got one) like monks, who forsake the world. I have been asking God: "Why all these problems!" and yesterday she told me, without knowing my answer:
It all began with 350 Swedish Kronor 40 US $ she has been moving from one flat to another, and when doing this the owners use to make a list of things people has to pay, and the one (and maybe only, it seems to be) thing in Ewas case was some curtain rod (curtain arrangement) she has to remove, and a friend through 12 years who got a wooden furniture he like of her, did it for free. But later she got a bill from the administrator, who wanted to be paid for the same job (or for cutting some grass of theirs, she earlier correctly had refused to receive and pay for). She therefore refuse to pay, and the judges in Sweden refuse to listen or refuse to believe her, some month later, there was a bill 10 times bigger, and she refuse to pay the bill to lawyers, court, travel etc., but these people want their money, so they throw her out of her home, sold all her things to a business partner, visit her home when she and her mother was on a week holidays in Rome, there has been people with a key in her home. In these days they ask her for a signature to take her to prison (I could believe it was a mental house the offer to her) and because of that she think the police want her, and she dare not to visit home, she is afraid of coming to Sweden, even if she so much want to see her mother for one or two weeks as I had offered her, but she want to come back and continue her case to the end.
This way, because the people in the Building of Human Right don't involve themselves in her case, she is still and has been suffering for 4½ year. (The Palestinians has been suffering for more than 50 years, because Great Britain, and other big countries didn't care for them when they once made Israel, by decision.

One or more paragraphs in the law of Human Rights are taking away the Rights for Human Rights simple people believe they have, 6 month rules and trying all possible local country courts, and there must be others reasons also, because 95 % of all cases which has been send two times to the Court of Human Rights are not taken by decision, The people who handle the coming cases explain for people why they can't take the case, and at the same time they ask people to send in a second request to the Court of Human Rights, and only a few do this, these few are numbered by applications numbers (more than 60.000 until now since 1951?) the many cases received but not send to court decision is destroyed after two years.
But must important is that the local government are not told, that they make problems for people with their laws and lazy judges, I have sending a copy to the involved people in Denmark and has received an reaction from the politician, judges etc. but most of the 60.000 (and as explained maybe 125.000) problems are not explained to anyone, in the Court of Human Rights or in the country, because they are not allowed to involve anyone, if the case is not made correct, then they has to be a secret organization, as explained before. They become: "The Human Right Mafia!" And no one can change this name, because they have been acting like a Mafia do.

November 12. by Ewa: The secret cases of the European Court and The Commission of The Human Rights in Strasbourg. Press and TV refused to discourse it in print because it is the big politician scandal. that The European Court has been the last executive plats for the victims, that means the guillotine. I have manifested 5 years as means that I try inform You what the politicians had done of us and during the same time The European Court with The Commission of Human Rights had sealed ours cases confidential, they are closed for public, no one may see them. But for 5 year I have been trying to make it public for verification. they obstruct my case as means they did and still do the opposite of what I stand for.
In the name of justice has The European Court violated The convention of humans rights. Look out, why ours cases was closed for the public opinion and then, you have the answer on: Why the Commission of Human Rights had worked behind closed doors.

November 22. It has been made impossible for me to find out the truth about Human Rights because The president or leader for most of Scandinavian Søren Nielsen has forbidden me to come to the Library or to have answers on my questions.

Her first dream she saw a cyclone, on the earth it was only a small harmless one but outside in the universe it was surrounding all the planets and stars of heaven, from it came a voice saying: "The Holy Ghost want you to make complains against two decisions!" It was told in Swedish: "Heliganden vil at du överklager two beslut!" (this was later confirmed in the next dream).
Her mother was also present in the dream, (both of Polish background, but they have been in Swedish for the last 25 years or more (28), Ewa is beautiful and with blond hair, light green eyes with a blue circle, normal high not skinny, (her legs has been thicker during the past "five" years standing every day even Saturday and Sunday outside the court of Human Rights.)
She had the following dream in Helsingborg she was in a empty flat, in her bedroom was a small boat or open yacht, above her was open air, there was two beds on the boat one for each, but not close together, she was asked by her mother to take one of them, but she didn't want to sleep, she was thinking: What can I do now! And the Holy Ghost (the cyclone) was standing in the right side her on the bed, she was not in the bed or in the boat, she was outside watching this, and the voice coming from the cyclone was: "The Holy Ghost want you to make complains against two decisions!" After this it went to the helm steering the boat and took over the boat with her mother. (Took care of the destiny of her mother). (These decisions was later made by the Commission of Human Rights, it will make a scandal, when it's made public, as she has tried to do for the last five years, Decisions is not a word used in Swedish court, it is only used by Commission of Human Right, this dream was given at the same time, when the Commission made the decision in 1994).

Three days later she dreams the same, but it was a man standing at her bed with the same message she saw him clearly, (with her physical eyes closed, there was a scratching noise outside later, and she didn't dare to open her eyes for a while), he was tall (people was mostly small at that time 800 years ago in Sweden) standing in a black or dark gray robe, (she has tried to make oil paintings of his face, giving his robe an other color, I'll ask her to make the next painting right) He was saying: "Jeg Eric den helliga, vil at du överklager two beslut!" It happened in 1994? This is in English: "Make complains on two decisions, I'm saint Eric of Sweden!" She went to the Library and learn that he was a tall man in real life, his body might be in Uppsala, he was murdered by the the son to the Danish King, who was related to Bricks wife, who was daughter of the Swedish king. They killed him because they want the Swedish country, he was chosen as king because he was listening to the simple people, he was representing Justice.
He is now a protector of Sweden.

Free Europe:

In a other dream she was having a wire and was trying to the contact, her grandfather, who died 30 years ago, said to her (in a dream): "Free Europe."

She was standing on a floor which was working like a balance, if she raise her self up, he went down, if he raise himself up she went down.

Placed on the top of a 191 stores high building, (one store for each nation), it was a dream building of United Nation, in the dream it was the larges in the world. There was one man, who want to take this bottle and keep it for himself, that no one should see it, but he was to small for the bottle was 50 times higher maybe more than him and had the same size as the the roof of the building, it felt down from the top and he felt with it down from the building. She then saw the Statue of Liberty. (The man was like an important chief like Kofi Annan, he was trying to cover it, but he was unable, it could also be an other person).
I explained the symbols of vine and brandy for her with the words: "Life of Jesus" was the true grape and so is her life her grape.
Every day has its own story. When you live it, you will not get drunk. But if you save the story for later it change into wine, people like Jaque Coustau tells exciting stories from undersea, and we enjoy to see them on TV, the stories on TV change from real life and they turn into vine, (on bottles), and people get drunk sitting relaxing in front of their TVs. But in this case it was Cognac five stars ***** which means it is old, and it is a distillate of the life of: United Nation. It has been more than 50 years ago now, since they made the proclaim of Human Rights on December 10 1948. The Human Rights has no Rights for us or for at least 95% of the cases they receive. We can find the same kind of vision in: Book of Daniel 2:34 Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.
2:35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

But inside the building she saw two huge and large trees, (I saw yesterday two huge threes outside the building been sawed by the architect planning the building in 1998, lees than 1 meter thick) and together with these trees there was a lot of bushes, small and new planted trees.
I explained to her that a tree stands for a person (seen by others) like Nebuchadnezzar, who was a large and huge tree, he was cut down, means he lost all his might, (but went back later, as a better king as before, when he was a changed man!) Al the workers and the two kings in there shall loos their job, does it means, what they has made shall be cut of, (All cases made by the Commission of Human Right before November 1 1998 are confidential for public to day even the case of Ewa from 1996, no one are allowed to see them, even if I got her signed permission! Her case is sealed, closed, hidden away? And that is unfair, she was astonished when I told her yesterday, because she has been trying to make it public, writing letters up to TWO KILO each, sending a copy to all institutions, Government she knew of, that make several hundred letters, from between a half and two kilo each, and Recommended, so the governments has to sign for receiving her complain. No one answered back, all the Government in the world know of her case, or should know of it. One problem in the Organization of Human Rights is that 95% of all the cases, which has been renewed, are refused by the court, because of Rule 35 which say that all local courts should be tried before sending the complain to the Court of Human Rights, but who in a violent country want to try to make a complain to the system after they have been beaten by the police because they make complains on the system? If they have been beaten properly, they prefer to be silent, unless they are ready to end their days in prison being beaten to death. An other rule is 6 month, as I felt for, because I make complains to the "Special" High Court in Denmark, which only reason for exist is to learn of the problems people run into when they are not satisfied by the Danish Country Judges (sitting in High and Second High Court), then after the complain has passed six month, they let you (me) know that they are not able to do anything for me, they have no authority, (they are making us to fools), and preventing normal people from getting their Human Rights, there are a lot of cases rejected because of that rule, I have been told by Søren Nielsen than less than the half of the cases (I understand 30 % of the 95 %) Most of the cases are rejected because of the first mentioned reason, people has to try the local system at first, and if people didn't appeal their case before the 4 weeks (more or less), they have no right for a "Fair Trial!"
There is no time limit on on justice, it's only made to protect the Judges there are no Human Protection of Rights by this means. Even murderers also from the second world war are hunted for ever, and so should unfair judges who without reason take the foundation away from people to live a normal life, as explained in The Convention of Human Rights, maybe there could be more to add, but I don't talk or think of this now, now it's a matter of the Convention of Human Rights as we know of it to day, If we all have to follow these rules, the would be more Justice in the world, but as it is to day and as I have tried to explain it is possible for all nations poor or rich to avoid 95 % of all the complains, only by use of tricky laws made by tricky governments.

Beside the 60.000 registered (and inadmissible) cases, there are a numberless cases which has not been renewed because the applicant understand, that there are no reason for them to make their complain, they cant obtain their rights anyway.

Two trees I could make an other translation of this dream with is: Layers and Judges, a lot of small people abuse them to get unjust money or rights. (Not only in USA.)

That brings an other dream of Ewa in remembrance. She was told that The People from the Court of Human Rights, didn't investigate her cases! They waited for some time, asked her to leave her place before the building (during the hunger strike) and even asked her to go home for Christmas, that the Parliament was taking hold of her case, (the man was lying) etc., she has been visited by two men dressed in black and with mobile phones, some times there has been on, trying to be friendly, one of them backed out when she asked him for the help he offered, two others has been helping her, one from Poland and one student, only by saying a few words which comforted her.
Earlier in Sweden she had the same revelation on a person who promised to help her, and with him, she waited for one year.

Opium for the people: One of the Russian leaders I think Carl Marx once said: "Religion is opium for people!"
Ewa had a dream on her way by train to Strasbourg when she awake passing a station (she has forgotten which station it was) that she saw five poppies. I explain this dream, that she has to go through five years on this "Religious drugs!"
She was told by a young man from USA, that they use to smoke opium or poppies in stead of eating for a long time.

Some impressions during the five years: One women from Spain came to the court, lived outside with her kids, on the same parking place as I use to day, for a while, then Ewa recommended her to the Home for homeless people, the Spanish women was talking of using petrol on her self burning her self in front of the Parliament building a few hundred meters from Human right Building, (Now I understand why they got all these fire equipment inside in the Human Right Building! It is not for them living in a armed glass building! It for desperate people outside!) Ewa warned her and said if she didn't succeed she would be in a worse condition after the fire, without being able to work etc.

One man from France came because he lost two 7 years old children (like me), seven years has been going, they were then 14 and didn't probably know their father. (But the do, I can assure you, my kids know me!) Why do the court have a 6 month rule, what is 6 month in a process, which takes years, my case started 12 years ago and isn't finished yet, but has gone three times worse, because now its three of my children the Social worker has taken end not one as in the beginning. It has always been right time to give children their Human Rights.

We are a lot of people, who believe in Justice. Justice comes from Heaven says the Bible. We are a lot of people who think this way: This is fair or that is unfair. Who don't think this way? Sometimes!
Many wars has been fought because of lack of fair play, Equal Arms or inequalities, even in families there can be a long lasting fight between man and wife or between children etc.
But people watching Ewa and others call us crazy and sick people, I'm not sure they are right, it's often: That a thief call every man a thief, trying to justify himself, in what he is doing.
